Custeum · The statement

The record your client keeps. The client you keep.

We built it the way you build. Patiently, precisely, and to last.

Made · Sold · ServicedHeld by the client, for life

For the finest shops · Client care, complete

The progress of every piece. The book of every client. One system.

Two things the finest shops have always kept by hand, now in one: , published stage by stage to the client who waits for it, and , who they are, what they love, whom to invite. Together, the whole of a client’s care. And the client keeps the result for life.

Who it is for

Three kinds of shop.

A client waits a year, and asks. The photographs you send are gone within the week.

The record is the build itself, stage by stage. It travels with the piece when it changes hands.

Your shop

Which are you?

Choose, and the next three slides follow: the same three moments, as your shop would live them.

Until you answer, the next three slides show the build.

01 · At the bench

The phone sends. The desk decides.

Anyone in the workshop photographs the work as it happens. Nothing reaches the client until the desk has kept it.

From the floor

One photograph at a time, a line beside it, gloves on.

Nothing without the desk

Capture never publishes. Someone keeps it or turns it down.

Then on the record

Kept photographs wait for the stage that will carry them.

02 · Publishing a stage

One stage, one email, permanent.

The desk keeps the photographs, writes the caption and publishes. The client’s record grows by one.

Kept at the desk

Nothing goes without someone deciding it should.

One email

The stage, its photograph, its caption. Nothing else.

Permanent

Its number and date are in an inbox. It never moves.

Kept at the desk · One email · Permanent

03 · Sealing

The build ends. The record does not.

When the piece goes home the shop seals the record. The certificate is issued, and the client holds it from then on.

The shop seals

A decision, not a timer. Unpublished stages are dropped.

The certificate issues

Every stage listed, the holder named.

Held for life

Whatever happens to the shop’s subscription.

Exclusives · For marketing

Still reachable, years later.

Every client who holds a record sees what you send. The ones it fits are emailed, and reply with one press.

Written once.

An evening, a piece finishing, an offer, news. One form, in your words.

Sent to the ones it fits.

Custeum proposes the clients by interest; you widen or add. One email each.

Answered with one press.

The client replies from the card. You see who, and record who came.

Four kinds, one list for the client, soonest first. The tags decide only who is emailed.

The relationship · For sales

Know your clients. Reach the right ones.

Every client who holds a record is one you can reach. Custeum keeps what you know about them and turns it into the right invitation, and an honest count of who came.

What you know.

Interests, from tags already there. Relationships: who advises, who introduced. Nothing crosses shops.

Who to invite.

Write it once. Custeum proposes the clients it fits; you widen or add. One email each, one press back.

Who came.

Replies, turnout, no-shows, places used, by tag. Over a year you learn who turns up for what.

Not a system to keep up. It accrues from the record.

Custeum · The record

The one thing your client keeps with your name on it.

No login, ever.

The record opens at a link, for the client and for whoever they show it to. Nothing to install, nothing to forget.

Theirs from day one.

The client takes custody by email the day the commission begins. What is theirs, they keep. What they keep, they show.

In their collection for life.

Beside every other piece they own, from every other shop. Your name on it, long after the invoice is paid.

The record is the product. Everything else is how it gets there.

Questions

What shops ask first.

What is Custeum?

A record for each piece a shop makes, sells or services. The shop publishes it stage by stage, with photographs and papers. The client follows it at a link and keeps it for life.

Does my client need an account or an app?

No. The record opens at a link, with nothing to install and no login. An account comes only when they take custody, by email, and it never has a password.

Which shops is it for?

Workshops that build over months, boutiques that sell at the counter, and specialists who service a client’s own piece. Restomod, watches, jewellery, yachts, caravans, pre-loved luxury, bespoke.

Who keeps the record?

The client. It is theirs from the day the commission begins, it travels with the piece when it changes hands, and it stays theirs whatever happens to the shop’s subscription.

Can another shop see my clients?

No. A client may hold records from several shops in one collection, and no shop ever learns of another’s. What you write about a client stays yours.

How do we start?

With a conversation. Shops do not sign themselves up: we ask how you work, and if Custeum fits we set up your shop and sit beside you for the first session.

Start a conversation

Start a conversation.

The first conversation is questions, not a demonstration: how many pieces a year, how your clients ask after them today, and whether anyone has ever come back for the record. If Custeum fits, we set up your shop and sit beside you for the first session.

Which one are you?

No commitment. Nothing is sent to anyone but us.
